Philosophy

I believe that all the solutions you require are within yourself. My role is to support you while you find those solutions. I think that the following analogy says it best.

We are both on a journey together. You are the captain and know your ship best. Your hand is on the wheel at all times. I am your navigator and have a lot of information about how to reach various destinations. As captain, you will let me know where you would like to sail. There are many different routes to your chosen destination and if one route doesn’t feel right to you then we can take another. We work together. As a navigator, who has travelled these routes before I will recognize landmarks along the way that will help you know how close you are to reaching your desired destination. However, it is important to remember that life is a series of journeys.  The journey we take together may be only one of many life journeys that you embark upon.

Your privacy is important to us. For information on our privacy policy and how we manage your information, visit our Privacy Policy statements.
