Aneta Chencinski
Aneta is a mental health professional who provides psychological services under the supervision of a registered psychologist.
Aneta Chencinski started her journey as a leader of parenting groups over fifteen years ago as a facilitator for the Adler School for Parents in Israel. After moving to Canada and working as a high school teacher, Aneta obtained her Diploma in Counselling and M.Ed. In Psychology of Education and started to work as a counselor. She has worked as a counselor at Metropolitan United Church and has had private practice since 2000.
In her private practice Aneta works with children and adolescents with Learning disabilities, ADD, and ADHD, helping them to maximize their successes at school and heir families to rediscover calmer life.
Aneta also delights in her role as “parenting Coach”, visiting homes and helping parents in finding their answers to temper tantrums, biting, winding, quarreling during car-rides and more.
She also acts as a facilitator between troubled youth and their parents.
Aneta is currently the Parents For Youth group facilitator for York Region.
