Natalie Cournoyea
Natalie is a mental health professional who provides psychological services under the supervision of a registered psychologist.
Natalie Cournoyea has a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Toronto. She has a Registered Nursing Diploma from George Brown College, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Administrative Studies from York University and a Master of Health Science Degree from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists.
To adjunct Natalie's experience in counselling and psychotherapy, she has over 30 years experience in health care, in both the acute care hospital sector and government. In her various roles in the patient services areas, most recently in the Maternal, Newborn and Child Health Services, she prides herself on her ability to coach and mentor staff in their clinical decision making, conflict resolution and communication within their professional interpersonal relationships.
Natalie provides counselling and psychotherapy services for individuals, children, adolescents, couples and families. Her main areas of interest are stress management, anxiety, relationships, parenting issues, career counselling, work-related issues, loss and grief counselling, and conflict resolution. Natalie is the mother of two young adults and brings a wealth of life experience into her practice.
