Biography

Aneta practices counselling and therapy in Thornhill under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychological Associate who are members of the College of Psychologists of Ontario.

Aneta started her journey as a leader of parenting groups over fifteen years ago as a facilitator for the Adler School for Parents in Israel.  After moving to Canada and working as a high school teacher, Aneta obtained her Diploma in Counselling and a M.Ed. and started to work as a counsellor.  She has worked as a counsellor at Metropolitan United Church and has had private practice since 2000.

 In her private practice Aneta works with children and adolescents with Learning disabilities, ADD, and ADHD, helping them to maximize their successes at school and heir families to rediscover calmer life.

Aneta also delights in her role as "parenting Coach", visiting homes and helping parents in finding their answers to temper tantrums, biting, whining, quarreling during car-rides and more.

She also acts as a facilitator between troubled youth and their parents.

Aneta is currently the Parents For Youth group facilitator for York Region.
